Hello.

I am thinking of purchasing the RealSimGear GTN750.  I believe that the integration with the GTVXi is nearly seamless.  However I would appreciate some feedback from some of the folks who have actually purchased this hardware.  Does it work as advertised?  Is the touchscreen responsive to the touch?  One thing I noticed, is that while the RealSimGear screen seems to be a bit elongated, the aspect ratio of the actual unit, including the GTNXi is more square, or at least closer to 4:3 to 16:9.  Is that true or is my imagination playing tricks on me?

Anyway, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I currently use the VC integration of the GTNXi 650 on the TB-30.
As you may know (or not  ), I also use the realsimgear GTN750 screen. I'm wonderring if it's possible to force standalone mode  - by using a shortcut with a command line for exemple.

...to get the 650 on the plane and the 750 on a new window in the realsimgear screen (when the plane selected do not offer this integration)

I just cannot get the white bar removed from my 750 on the RSG and it does not remember the window position...I have to manually go and maximise with the mouse EVERY time, spoiling immersion for me and yet, doesn't seem right...the lock aspect ratio is checked...

If I maximise the window all boxes disappear but the white bar remains...The hide window bar is checked...I feel I need to start again...

How do I get the TDS 750 off my RSG unit and back onto my desktop PC and try and start again...this is very frustrating..

Newly registered and learning about the TDS GTNXi (prospective buyer). Reading through some of the threads and noticed you have a Discord Channel. Can you provide an 'Invite' on a post here or provide instructions to find the channel (such as the exact name of the Discord channel) because trying to search for TDS GTNXi or TDSSim on Discord turns up nothing. Never had to manually find a channel on Discord, have always used 'Invites'. I'm also an old hat not to fond of social networking but will use it when necessary.

Okay, nevermind, I restarted everything including Flight Simulator and it works as expected now. Good old turn it off an on again.

I followed the installation process, but the PC Trainer installation is not recognized. See screenshots of the relevant applications below.

Purchased today and attempted to install.

I have this error.

Installation Failed
Failed to install the etc
Must specify a Garmin Trainer Installer Catalog (.gtic) file

Read through forums and see there is a fix but not published.

Can this fix be sent or posted.

I have downloaded the GTN Xi_20_20_10_OfflineInstaller and still the above.

Everything else seems to have installed.

Receiving this error when attempting to install TDS 750xi.

Cockpit monitors do not light up with P 28 Piper but all other nav options work fine.

Same issue with Cessna 414.

Hello.

I am still learning the ins and outs of the GTN750.  I found a terrific tutorial on YouTube.  I have that exact plane, the Carenado PA44, and of course I have your excellent GTN750Xi.  While the video is a bit dated, June 2021, the content is still relevant.  Except that the tutor is able to do things in MSFS that we apparently cannot (or no longer can) do in MSFS.  Like for example pop out the GTN750Xi with its bezel while at the same time having complete integration within the VC cockpit.

Am I missing something or can we actually do that?  If this was possible in 2021, why is it not possible in 2022?
