Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXi, we are here to help.

Our software is not a virus, this is a false positive generated by the software protection system.

Can you please set an antivirus exception and restore these two files:
TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe
TDSGTNServices.dll

More information on setting a McAfee exception can be found here:

https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS...ticle-view

We are actively working on a proper resolution for this problem.

Please let us know how it works.
Thank you.

Hello ;

Following your instructions , I add TDSGTNServices.dll in the "exceptions "" on the setting Mcafee
Now it works again
Thank you

I Hope my remarks would help :
15 days ago : As soon as you install and download the TDSGTNXi Flight sim , McAfee detected " a false positive "
It was impossible to continue the installation -> The message error : The TDSGTN.exe is suspect

Few days ago After reinstallation from the beginning of your program
As soon as you install and download the TDSGTNXi Flight sim ,
The program works correctly ( Connection FS 2020 ) appears in green : OK
But when appears the GTN , the screen ( of the GTN) is black
Mcafee detected a virus and the message appears : TDSGTNservices.dll is suspect
Impossible to run the program .
I noticed on the forum that some customers have the same problem " Black Screen " .

Hope the information given will help for a proper resolution

Thank you and Regards
