Hello,
unable to install the update version 1.0.2.0, I get a windows with errors regarding Simconnect, TDSGTNXiFlightSim.exe, TDSGTNServices.dll and TDSGTNXiFlightSimManual.pdf.
What is wrong?

Hi, hope you can help on this issue.

I am attempting to use the 750 in the Black Square Analogue King Air. I have the normal start-up screen for the 750 appearing fine. I click on continue to move to the database screen etc, and then I get to the home screen with the various menu items. Within approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute after entering this part, the 750 will freeze, and I can't continue using it. There have been occasions where I have made it into the setup section or even the flight plan section, but I still have the same issue.

Version 1.0.2.0 is installed. The latest version of the Black Square King Air is also installed as well (v0.1.2). Have also uninstalled and reinstalled both trainer and 750.

Exceptions have been put into my anti-virus software, but this hasn't solved the problem either. (I did also try with anti-virus off completely but no luck there).

I also tested by just loading from the TDS GTNXi icon (without the sim running), and also experience a crash/freeze with it as well.

Any ideas on this one?

I have also have the problem: I have a black screen

I did post the maps as secure in AVG
I also did run the programm with AVG closed 

In TDS GPS Manager I see for the  GTNXITrainer  version 3.5.3.0 is installed on my computer;
 but in TDSGPS Manager , the latest version that is mentioned is 3.3.1.0 
Can this be a the problem ?

I have read your forums and I can tell you I too am having problems with a blank screen.
 
I have tried re-installing the software and rebooting my PC, and making sure all versions are up-to date but nothing seems to work.
 

However, when MSFS is not loaded I can get it to work then.


Please would you advise.

Good morning. I have just purchased the TDS GTNXi for MSFS. It looks like a really nice product. I am however experiencing a problem with it following a simple GPS route and approach. I am flying from EGHH to EGHI and using the ILS20/SAM approach. The problem comes when the aircraft is due to turn left to the CI20 fix and it turns right instead. This is in the Just Flight Turbo Arrows III. I am not sure if it is a MSFS or Arrows or TDS or me problem. Any help appreciated.

TDS GPS Manager says "You do not have any products purchased from TDS Sim Software"


TDS GPS Manager V1.0.1.0
Installed TDS GTNXi Flightsim version running with FS2020: V1.0.1.9


When I access my account through a web browser the purchased product is there.
The GTNXi software (V1.0.1.9) runs fine with FS2020

What I tried so far:
-Run the GPS manager as admin
-Disable Windows firewall & AV

Please advise on how to proceed to install the latest version.

Can't install Flight Simulator version 1.0.2.0.  I get an error box that says, "GTNXi EXE Flight Simulator. Error Installing:TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe SimConnect.dll TDSGTNServices.dll"
What is the fix?  Thank you.

Does the TDS GTNXi 1.0.2.0 is compatible with the new trainer 3.5.3.0 or should I stay with 3.2.3.0 ?

Can someone help me please. I have the black square king air 350 and just purchased the TDS GTN 750. I installed the trained and the GTN for flight simulator but when I launch the aircraft the GTN 750 is not on the panel. Is there a switch I need to select to have it?
