Error message on load

With the latest SU3 beta 1.5.7.0  getting a flashing box while the flight is loading. Comes up for a second and then is gone - was able to grab it

GTNXi Series has stopped working with a progress bar

Desktop screenshot generation disabled, skipping
Creating crashdump file


and then the sim loads but then a BSOD.

Where would the crashdump be - it's not in the usual places.

I'll try an uninstall/reinstall of the pro version but do you have any ideas?

Hello Vic,

Thank you for the report. This is indeed a bug that we are looking into, but the TDS GTNXi should auto restart the affected gtn process, so all should be well.

There is no need to uninstall/reinstall at this point thank you for the report, please be on the lookout for when we get this fixed as part of the release notes.

In the meantime, please enjoy the TDS GTNXi Pro with crossfill!

Although I am not using SU3 beta, I also have been experiencing the same error message for the last month, soon followed by a PC system crash/reboot.

This is the same issue that we have discussed via DM, we are still working on it. It is not related to MSFS crashing, this is just an error on initial PC Trainer loading, which the TDS GTNXi automatically detects and corrects itself. Of course we plan on fixing this bug for a smooth TDS GTNXi experience!
