black screen

Hi,

I have a black screen ,cant uninstall and re load the programme. have deleted and re booted pc and tried to re install.  profgramme has never done this before ?? im absoloutely lost.

Hello Mark,

Please download the TDS GPS Manager V1.0.1.4 from the My Account section of the sales website and then reinstall the TDS GTNXi V1.2.0.7, this should restore full functionality.
In case you are having issues with the above procedure, please post a few screenshots and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Hi, i am completely lost ? 

Downloaded the manager as you told me to.

its as if there are files still on my computer to do with TDS sim and i cant proceed any further forwards ? 

after downloading the manager, my  email and password automatically  come up , i press login the avation trainer says 

installed version 3.10.3.0  aviation trainer

gtnxi not installed

flight simulator 2020 not installed

if i press settrings at the bottom , please select a product to uninstall ,but i cant go any firther.

As wee have stated above, please press on the big "Reinstall" button to the right of the TDS GTNXi MSFS 2020 and then 2024.

ok ...will try again.

open TDSGPS manager:,

log in everything is installed ok.

everything is already installed ??  i have noted (except the pc trainer)

when i press the gtnxi pc trainer  to install ,it says please select the desired component but there is nothing there ?? to install 

if i press the TDSGTNXI flight sim 1.2.0.7 it just says the pc trainer cant be found ? 

should there be a uninstall programme ? 

im very confused

Hello Mark,

Do you have the base Aviation PC Trainer installed?
If you do, please start it from the Windows Start menu, then access the version manager tab and install the GTNXi PC Trainer component V20.42.2.

In addition, please provide us with screenshots.

hi again,

You do not need to install from the Settings tab.

Let's start with the beginning, what is the exact issue of the GTNXi PC Trainer not installing?

hi,
Iv'e explained in previous posts ??? anyway the GTNXI pc Trainer is now appearing for me to install it ,but now says when i try to install it (The launcher installation is corrupted) locate the file and uninstall ? it wont install ? so there is no file to uninstall ?

We are not sure that we understand the issue, are you having issues installing the base Aviation Trainer Launcher or the GTNXi PC Trainer component? Please provide us with a few screenshots.
