I have recently purchased a new pc and I am currently moving/installing all my MSFS files from the old pc.

I had forgotten my original TDS password so I obtained a new one.

Now when I successfully log on to TDS and try to install the GTnxi it tells me that either my log in name or password is incorrect.

Can you please help?

Hello,

Have you reset the password to a new one? If you have, then please use the new password that you have created, as we do not have access to the passwords created by customers, this is private information.
