Hi just purchased the app does not open stand alone with MSFS off.
In VC just a blank screen. Carenado C182 RG 11, Windows 11?, C182 RG II182 RG II

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TDS GTNXi. Let's start by troubleshooting this issue.

With MSFS closed, please start the standalone TDS GTNXi from the Desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

In addition, which antivirus are you using?

Hi with MSFS off double clicking destop TDS GTNXi shortcut results in the app opening for approximately 2 seconds then closing. Just using standard Microsoft Windows 11 antivirus. Ive tried opening with antivirus on and off. With MSFS running the Garmin 750 is there but the screen is blank. At one point it was flickering with my name and 'continue' visible.

Hello,

Can you please temporarily turn off the antivirus and try running the TDS GTNXi again right after a PC reboot, with MSFS closed, of course.
In addition, can you please check if there is a Windows Event Log/Applications tab crash data for TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe and send it to us via email.
