HSI slaved to gps question
#1
Hi!

Brand new to MSFS (two weeks).
I have installed the FSW 414 and your GTN750 and everything works great except the CDI needle doesn't slave to the GTN. I have to move the course indicator knob by hand. Other than that it captures the heading and flies it just fine.
The GPS to Nav is selected in the settings.
Probably something simple, but, can't figure it out.
Thanks,
Mark

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your message, sure the TDS GTNXi can mechanically move the HSI OBS, this is done by activating the setting. From the TDS GTNXi Interface, Settings tab, GTN750Xi Unit1, make sure to check the option:
"Connect GPS to HSI OBS (auto-slew)"

Please enjoy the TDS GTNXi!

Best regards

That's the first thing I checked prior to contacting you.
So that's not it.

Can you also connect the GPS to VOR#1 OBS to 1?
