TDS GTNXi plugin hangs X-Plane 12 on shutdown

When the TDS GTNXi plugin is loaded in X-plane 12, X-Plane fails to shut down. The screen on the RealSimGear device reverts to the desktop background image then X-Plane hangs. We must use the Task Manager to end the task. When we remove the TDS GTNXi plugin, X-Plane shuts down normally. It appears as though the plugin is at fault. See the images below.

Please help us find a solution for this issue.

Can you please contact us via email to the message that we have responded to, 2 days ago? As we have stated in previous communication, we would prefer to discuss this via email due to the Professional license type.

Unfortunately the screenshots are not visible, so sending them via email will help.
In addition, please provide us with the Log.txt located in the main X-Plane folder.

As this is not a widespread issue, most likely this is a conflict with another X-Plane plugin.

Not to worry, we will get this sorted.
