Velocity XL GTNxi Screen Dark

I've been unsuccessful in getting the GTN display to work in MSFS 2024 with the Velocity XL. I have confirmed that the GTNXi Flight Sim seems to indicate that the flight simulator status is connected. I just purchased/downloaded this, so I'm operating the most recent version.

On MSFS, when I select the G TDS-IRTI Liverie I do see the GTN750 display come on and operate normally.

On the MSFS 2024 display is says to download the PMS50 software and gives a web address. I followed instructions to copy the Velocity XL from the community folder from FS 2020, so I believe I did everything correctly. It is strange though that for the liveries in 2024, the aircraft designator is followed by a "PMS.." rather than TDS in 2020.

As a first step, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut with MSFS closed and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

Hi, thanks for responding! I tried this, and the screen is still showing the same. It says PMS50 GTN750 package not found.

I did confirm the GTN750Xi pop up is connected to MSFS 2024. It reflects the position of the aircraft in free flight.

Unfortunately what you have tested is incorrect. You have contacted TDS Sim Software and we have asked you to start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut with MSFS closed, then to click on the GTN750Xi button. Please attempt exactly what we have stated and let us know how it goes.

In addition, inside MSFS you may need to select a TDS livery for the VelocityXL and not a PMS one.
