Can you please contact us via email to the message that we have responded to, 2 days ago? As we have stated in previous communication, we would prefer to discuss this via email due to the Professional license type.
Unfortunately the screenshots are not visible, so sending them via email will help.
In addition, please provide us with the Log.txt located in the main X-Plane folder.
As this is not a widespread issue, most likely this is a conflict with another X-Plane plugin.
Not to worry, we will get this sorted.
