Blank Screen - tkrobers@me.com - 04-24-2025
Have software installed and shows connected to MSFS 2020. The interface screen shows "TDS GTNXi in Gauge Mode", but Flysimware Sierra C24R 750 screen stays blank. Steam community folder has tds-gtnxi-gauge folder listed. Alos the interface screen doesn't allow me to select settings or any other buttons. I appreciate your help.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues, we are here to help.
Please reinstall the TDS GTNXi from within the TDS GPS Manager. Then let us know if this solves the issue.
When in gauge mode, you can change the settings, but the actual standalone window buttons do not get displayed.

Thanks. When I re-install I get a pop up indicating max installs (or something to that effect) have been exceeded and to reach out to support.
When the interface screens shows "Gauge Mode" the buttons to the left (Avionics, Settings, Navigraph) will not allow me to select them.

We have checked our records and there should not be any maximum installation limitation when installing the TDS GTNXi, please attempt a reinstall now. In any case, downloading the latest TDS GPS Manager is best practice.
We can discuss about the other issue after we get the first one solved, if it will still exist.
