TDS GTN750 fs2020 App size(Resolution)

Hi Guys
I think I have the GTN750 Gps app working after a Black Screen and after giving exception's in Mcaffee to Gtn-simulator.exe......

I am using a Realsimgear Gtn750 hardware and after starting FS2020 the GPS displays on the GTN750 but none on the buttons on the RSG Gtn750 function and the app gps doesn't  fill the touch screen(a small square).   The Realsimgear's display  is set to 800*600 (Recommender). I have had a similar situation with the Blacksquare Tbm where the buttons worked but the touch screen didn't.  Also in the Blacksquare Tbm the Gps loads in the aircraft showing the licencing, but I cant pop the Gps out(using Alt Gr and Left mouse button I get the plus sign in a circle) but it doesn't appear as its own window.

Realsimgear dont show or help much for microsoft flight simming, they seem more Xplane,  really wishing I hadden bought it.  2 Days I have been trying to resolve this so I would be grateful for any support or others views.

As far as pop-up, we do not handle pop-ups, it is all MSFS which does this, in fact we do not even receive a notification about our window being in pop-up mode. We wish that we could do hence why the only solution is standalone mode where the TDS GTNXi is a regular Windows window.

Hi Guys
I couldn't find anything relating to "Standalone Mode" in the Settings, but I was able to get the blue frame showing so I could size and maximise on the GTN750, so this seems to have solved the problem.   However, the buttons still don't work, so I'm not sure whether this is a Hardware or Software problem.

Hello,

We do set the keys/knobs to the desired MSFS commands, from the TDS side. From the RealSimGear side, you need to add the proper CommandMapping.ini file for the TDS GTNXi.
For this, please refer to RealSimGear support, here is an article that contains information/the ini file.

Thx for perserving in helping. 

I have tried updating the Mapping ini file and ensuring it was in the "Device Interface directory".  I have reinstalled the Realsimgear installer and when Realsimgear Interface is running with MS2020, the Interface respones when I press a button,  acknowledeing the button I have press but nothing happens in the Gps.  When I was reading the ini file I couldn't see any reference to the Gtn750, but I'm unclear whether this matters.

I have contacted Realsimgear via email yesterday, but as of now they have not responded yet.
