I purchased the upgrade and then downloaded same and all I get is a zip file. Not the manager. It states its downloading the TDSGPSmanager but in fact it's only a zip file.
I resolved this. I was using MS's new browser. It would not let me download the entire file. I had to right click the file and I gave permission which it then finished the download.
