I installed the GTN Trainer and the GTNXi Flight Sim programs. I start up MSFS and get the green notification that GTN is connected to the sim, but when I open either the GTN750Xi or 650Xi, the screen is black while flying in MSFS. It's like the unit won't power on. I ran the Trainer independently and it works normally, just can't get the GTN750 to start while in game. I checked the dll file and it's installed properly, not quarantined by Windows defender.

Running latest MSFS in Windows 10.
Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXi, we are here to help.

First of all, we would need the log file located in Documents\TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt

This will help us figure out the problem that you are having, so we can work on a solution, can you please locate the file and send it to us?
Email address: support@tdssim.com

Thank you.
Thanks: I solved the problem. Somehow there was a module that hadn't been installed in the in Garmin Trainer (even though the Trainer itself had been installed). Went through all the Garmin Trainer settings, noticed the missing module, got it installed and now it the GTNXi works normally with MSFS! THANK YOU! I really needed this product.

One other pester: is there any way to create a flight plan (even a simple Direct-To) in the GTNXi and have that transfer from the GTNXi to the the sim aircraft's standard Garmin in the virtual cockpit? I expect not, but let me know.
Hello,

No, sending flight plans form the GTNXi to MSFS is currently not supported, but we will look into it.
I have the same problem - black screen no power.
Trainer works fine.
I have attached the log file.
Thanks.

Fixed the problem - it was Norton Security.  Very frustrating after paying $50.00.
bobhnat,

The log file indicated that a core GTNXi DLL is missing, it was most likely deleted by the antivirus. Which antivirus software are you using?

This is a false positive and it is not a virus, it is our core file.

You must set a general antivirus exception for this folder:
C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE

Judging by your message, it seems that you were able to solve this.
Hello,

We have released version 1.0.0.4 of the TDS GTNXi Flight Sim, it includes the antivirus fix, can you please re download from the GPS Manager and reinstall. Please let us know if it works.
