Thank you, we have two questions:
Do you also have a file called TDSGTNXi750Unit1Log.txt inside Documents? if yes, can you please post it as well.
What antivirus are you using?

HI i just remove fraps as Brownski (thanks) sugest on his post, and it fix the issue
