Recently I had issues ( Black screen on garmins ) That I resolved just uninstalling and reinstaling and asking here on the forum ( Thanks a lot ! )


But antoher time is notworking fine... in about 10 minutes, more or less, all the 2 screens on my aircrafts. (C414 or P28T.) just get freeze on that moment. Nothings happens...

If i'm clicking all the screens it not doing nothing, sometimes one sound it can be heared... like error windows. I don't know...

As a first step in troubleshooting the issue, can you please let us know of the versions of these software:
TDS GTNXi
Aviation Trainers (this is the base PC trainer, it will start with 3.xx)
GTNXi PC Trainer (this is the PC Trainer component, it will start with 20.xx)

When the TDS GTNXi stops, can you please check of the process is still active (in the system tray, of the taskbar, to the right side, by the clock)?
