Full Version: Black Screen Problem

I now have a problem with a black screen. I saw an earlier post about this issue and that it may have something to do with a missing dll file. Where would this file be so I could determine if this was the issue. Also I have placed exceptions in my anti virus software to exclude the TDS folder as well as the Garmin folder. Is there anything else I need to do? Needless to say I have re-installed this software several times now in an attempt to figure this out.

Such problems can be easily determined by posting the log file: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
Which is found under Documents.

We will analyze it and get back to you.

Thank you for posting this file, indeed there is a problem, we will have to work together a bit on this. Can you also send us this log file, located in the same place: TDSGTNXi750Unit1Log.txt
Additionally, can you delete these folders:

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\Navigator_XI_1 and Navigator_XI_3

Do not worry, we will get this problem resolved.

OK here is the Unit log:
I just bought and installed the software and get the black screen on both the 750 and 650. I only have the one file you asked the other guy to post. I do not see the other file.

I didn't download the trainer and that was the problem, its fine now

We have released version 1.0.0.4 of the TDS GTNXi Flight Sim, it includes the antivirus fix, can you please re download from the GPS Manager and reinstall. Please let us know if it works.
