Hello, we are installing TDSsim GTNXi XPlane Pro.
We run the TDS GPS Manager and log in with the same credentials as our TDS account with our Professional License.
We click the button for Professional.

The next screen shows an empty list of Product IDs (even though our TDS account on the website shows our Professional License.)

TDS GPS Manager is not showing a yellow button to install the Aviation Trainer (nor GTNXi). We are stuck.
