using TDS GTN manager 1.0.1.5, I cant update the x-plane-12 GTNxi
I get the following error

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've removed my 2nd instance of xplane, and I've verified the correct path in x-plane_install_12.txt.
the manager says the installed version is 1.0.0.4, but when loading a plane, I still see 1.0.0.3.
I've also disabled my antivirus.
Any suggestions?
resolved, I ran the manager as administrator, and it worked.
